From time to time, it is worthwhile to revisit “the credit union
difference” and comment on what this phrase means to our members, their
families and their friends.
Three
words constitute the credit union difference: Value,
Service and Community.
Let’s
consider the first word. Who
doesn’t covet value? Our credit union exemplifies the meaning of value.
Considering the many benefits, the value is exceptional.
When you borrow money at our credit union, for a
vehicle, home or vacation, you’ll likely get a rate below those
prevailing at the time in the general financial market as well as
favorable terms. That meets
the definition of value—a fair exchange for something.
Getting your money’s worth is another fair
description of value.
In terms of Service, the second word, we offer better
rates while charging few or no fees. You’ll have access to our local
ATMs plus the 4,500 in the Alliance One network across America.
Your deposits are federally insured. Our eight offices offer
convenient hours including evenings and Saturdays, and First Choice
America online offers access 24/7.
We strive for perfection in serving your financial needs. At times we
might fall short, but not by much and not very often.
When it comes to the third word, Community, we’re
involved in many civic groups striving for the betterment of the
