More and more people are beginning to realize the credit union difference. Nationally, membership growth in 2009 was said to be double its usual pace and fastest in nearly a decade.
Such growth is not difficult to comprehend. Consumers find that credit unions offer the best deals, be it better rates, fewer fees or pro-consumer financial solutions.
